Interwoven supports its UserGroups with services ranging from invitation
outreach to group members to providing corporate speakers at your meetings.
Our goal is to help make your UserGroup sessions very successful.
Interwoven sends out email invitations after a chapter president schedules
a meeting. To receive a UserGroup email invitation, click on the city
near you in
the previous page and register to be on the mailing list.
Upon receiving a UserGroup email invitation, you will find a
meeting agenda, date, time, and registration link in the email. To attend
the meeting, simply register via the link provided. We will send you a
confirmation email a week prior to the meeting with the meeting site,
directions, and parking information.
Customers often present at UserGroup meetings sharing best practices
and experiences with Interwoven solutions and products. Interwoven representatives
often present or are available at the meeting, depending upon the meeting
topic.
Our chapter presidents appreciate hosts for future meetings.
A host is defined as an Interwoven customer who would like to host the
meeting
at their facility, and typically provide a conference room, projector,
screen, and any necessary equipment that may be required. If you are an
Interwoven customer and would like to host a meeting in your region ,
please contact usergroup@interwoven.com
and identify the city that you would
like to host.
In addition, if you are an Interwoven customer and do not find a UserGroup
city listed near you, we welcome your support in starting a new group.
If you would like to volunteer to be the chapter president within your
area, please send your information to usergroup@interwoven.com.
Note: There are preliminary requirements to determine if the region is
qualified for a Usergroup.
Meeting topics are set by the chapter president in conjuction
with the host. Usually, the meeting begins with introductions of all customer
attendees.
Introductions are followed by a customer presentation and/or a presentation
by an Interwoven representative. If you have a specific interest in
a topic you would like to learn more about, please send your suggestions
to usergroup@interwoven.com.
If you would like to present at a meeting, you are welcome to submit your
topic , including your UserGroup region, to usergroup@interwoven.com.
